The middle school girls' softball team has concluded another successful season full of hard work, valuable lessons, and growth, said eighth-grade pitcher Brianna McCrea. The team finished with a 9-0 record, which couldn't have been done without dedication from every player, said McCrea. "This season has been great! We have had rough practices where we had to push ourselves, but in the end, we got it together and played as a team. Every game we have improved and we meshed together very well."
The team was also victorious in both of its games against Falls Lake Academy. Throughout those intense games, McCrea believes the team demonstrated great offense and defense, as well as leadership and spirit.
